Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy. The App is intended for users 18 years of age or older; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
1. Information We Collect
a. Account information (via sign-in providers). When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and (if available) profile photo, plus a unique user identifier. If you use Sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email, in which case we receive a private relay address.
b. Gameplay and account data. We store data needed to operate the App, including your virtual currency balances (Gems and Gold), drawing entries and guesses, transaction history, reward redemptions, daily login and streak status, and ad-view counts.
c. Device and technical data. We and our service providers may collect a device push-notification token, app version, device/OS type, and basic diagnostic information.
d. Advertising identifiers. Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may access your device's advertising ID and related data to serve and measure ads. See Section 4.
We do not collect payment card information, precise location, contacts, photos, or biometric data.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and secure your account and authenticate sign-in;
- Operate gameplay, virtual currencies, rewards, and redemptions;
- Send push notifications (e.g., drawing results, wins, reward delivery);
- Display and measure advertisements;
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
3. Service Providers
We use trusted third parties to provide the App. These include:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging) — account, gameplay, and notification data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob — advertising. See Section 4.
- Apple — Sign in with Apple and push delivery (APNs) on iOS.
These providers process data on our behalf and/or as independent controllers under their own policies.
4. Advertising
The App shows third-party ads, including rewarded ads, through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads. You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (e.g., "Reset advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android; "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS). 5. Legal Bases and Data Sharing
We share data only with the service providers above, when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at daily3guess@googlegroups.com.
Account and data deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time directly in the App (Wallet → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing daily3guess@googlegroups.com. We will process verified requests in accordance with applicable law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Users
We may process and store information in the United States or other countries that may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to such transfer and processing.
10. Children
The App is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at daily3guess@googlegroups.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
