Terms of Service
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the App and to claim or redeem any reward. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may require age verification at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet the eligibility requirements. The App is intended for residents of the United States only.
2. Entertainment Purposes Only — Not Gambling
The App is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not a lottery, gambling, betting, or wagering service. Gameplay involves guessing a three-digit number associated with a published daily draw. No purchase is necessary to play or to win. Outcomes do not involve real-money stakes, and participation does not constitute a bet or wager of anything of monetary value.
3. Virtual Currencies (Gems and Gold)
The App uses two virtual currencies, Gems and Gold:
- Gems and Gold are limited, revocable licenses to use a feature of the App. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for anything except as expressly permitted in the App.
- Gems are earned at no cost through daily logins, rewarded advertisements, and promotions. Gold is earned through gameplay and may be converted to Gems or applied toward reward redemptions as described in the App.
- We may modify, regulate, suspend, or eliminate virtual currencies, balances, prices, or redemption rules at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss of virtual currency.
4. Rewards and Redemptions
Odds of winning. Each drawing has one winning three-digit number (000–999). Odds per entry depend on play type: Straight (exact match) — 1 in 1,000; Box, 3-way (any order, one repeated digit) — 1 in 333; Box, 6-way (any order, all different digits) — 1 in 167. Odds apply per entry submitted; submitting multiple entries for the same number and draw increases your entries but does not change the per-entry odds. Triple-digit numbers (e.g., 000) may only be played Straight.
- Rewards (including gift cards) are provided by us as a promotional benefit and are subject to availability and the redemption rules and limits stated in the App.
- Rewards have no cash value except as required by law, are non-transferable, and may not be combined, resold, or exchanged.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from any reward you receive. Rewards may constitute taxable income; consult a tax professional.
- We reserve the right to verify eligibility, to withhold or revoke rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, automation, exploitation of bugs, or violation of these Terms, and to substitute a reward of equal or greater value.
5. No Affiliation
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any state, national, or other lottery organization, or with Amazon.com, Inc. Any draw results referenced are publicly available information used for entertainment. Amazon and Amazon Gift Cards are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
6. Accounts
You access the App by signing in through a third-party provider (e.g., Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App if you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible;
- Create multiple or fraudulent accounts, or use bots, scripts, emulators, or automation;
- Exploit bugs, manipulate outcomes, or interfere with the App's operation or security;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access and forfeit your balances and rewards for any violation.
8. Advertisements
The App displays third-party advertisements, including rewarded ads. Your interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser. Advertising partners may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DRAW RESULTS OR REWARDS WILL BE ACCURATE OR AVAILABLE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, VIRTUAL CURRENCY, REWARDS, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App and any virtual currencies ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Changes to the Terms or the App
We may modify these Terms or the App (including economy rules, limits, and rewards) at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
